| 摘 要： | 环氧化酶抑制剂有抗肿瘤增殖和诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用。近年研究发现环氧化酶2抑制剂与一些化疗药物合用时,可以通过抑制P-糖蛋白(P-gp)、B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(Bcl-2)和Sur-vivin蛋白的表达,从而增强化疗药物的抗肿瘤活性,本文就这方面研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | COX-2 inhibitors have effect on anti-proliferation and apoptosis of tumor cell,Recently,It has been observed that COX-2 inhibitor,when combined with chemotherapy,can enhance tumor treatment sensitivity by down-regulated the expression of COX-2,Bcl-2 and Survivin gene.This article reviews the research progress of COX-2 inhibitor in promoting chemotherapeutic sensitivity. |
