摘    要:通过金相组织对比、实验模拟流量分配、CFD软件计算管壁温度,得知过热器爆管的原因是管中蒸汽流量分配不均匀,采用管内加节流环的办法使得蒸汽重新分配,解决了过热器爆管问题。

Abstract:With the metallurgical structure comparison,a flow distribution via an experimental simulation and CFD calculation of wall temperature,the causes for tube burst of steam superheater is an uneven distribution of steam flow in tubes.By adding throttle rings to the tube inside steam is re-distributed and the tube burst of steam superheater solved.
