烤烟烘烤性状与烟叶化学成分的相关性

摘    要:The flue-curing traits, i.e. easy curing potential, holding curing potential and flue-curing characteristics are important and special for flue-cured tobacco. To explore the relationship between them and the main chemical components, the 126 populations were investigated for their yellowing index(YI), browning index(BI), flue-curing score, and the contents of main chemical components including nicotine, total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, potassium(K2O), and chlorine(Cl). The simple correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis and path analysis were conducted. The results indicated that the correlations between the flue-curing traits and specific chemical components were different, there existed significant correlation between the flue-curing traits and total nitrogen or nicotine, there existed certain correlation between the flue-curing traits and total sugar or reducing sugar, and there was no obvious correlation between the flue-curing traits and potassium or chlorine. We should pay attention to both the flue-curing traits and the other measures such as fertilization to control the contents of the cured tobacco leaves to meet the demand of the cigarette industry.
