摘    要:目的建立高灵敏度的水中微囊藻毒素的酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法。方法使用微囊藻毒素检测试剂盒,利用抗原与抗体间免疫化学反应,进行定量。结果微囊藻毒素在0.1~2.0μg/L范围内呈线性,标准曲线相关系数-0.995~-0.999。向样品中分别添加0.3、0.7、1.5μg/L 3个水平的微囊藻毒素,平均回收率分别为77.8%、85.7%和90.0%,相对标准偏差6.5%。结论该方法灵敏度高,适合水中痕量微囊藻毒素检测,并可实现大批量样品的筛选。

Abstract: Objective] To establish high-sensitivity ELISA for the detection of microcystins in water. Methods] Microcystins detection reagent box was used for the quantitative detection by utilizing the chemical reaction between antigen and antibody. Results] The linear range was 0.1 - 2.0μg/L, the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was between - 0. 995 and - 0. 999 ; the rates of recovery were 77.8% , 85.7% and 90.0% respectively under the condition of adding 0.3, 0.7 and 1.5μg/L microcystins into the samples; the relative standard deviation was 6.5%. Conclusion] The method is highly sensitive and applicable for the detection of trace microcystins and the screening of mass samples.
