The Analysis of Urbanization in America and Its Use of Reference

The cities in America are divided into three grades. The degree of urbanization varies from 34 percent in 1890 to 80 percent in 2000. There are 274 big urban districts, with 91 percent of total urban population. The urban population density varies from 90 to less than 10 people per ten thousand square meters. The population of small towns account for two thirds of the total urban population. There are 9 indexes and the comparison between large and small cities in American city statue. In this paper, the government management in cities and towns, and the setup of sectors are sets forth. Finally this paper describes the use of reference of urbanization in America, for example the course, big urban districts, the analysis of efficiency, the development of small towns and acceptance of rural labors.
