心理干预对维持性血液透析患者心理状态变化的研究

目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者心理障碍的原因及护理对策。方法:通过对76例维持性血液透析患者进行Zung自评焦虑、自评抑郁量表测定,进行焦虑和抑郁的评估。采用随机对照原则将76例维持性血液透析患者分为干预组和对照组,对照组38例进行常规护理,干预组38例患者进行针对性心理干预,分别在干预前、干预4周、干预8周进行焦虑、抑郁自评量表测定,判断患者心理障碍的改善情况。结果:维持性血液透析患者存在不同程度的焦虑(53.95%)、抑郁(46.05%);对干预组进行针对性心理干预后,患者在干预4周和干预8周时相对于干预前和对照组标准分均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:维持性血液透析患者存在着严重的心理障碍,心理障碍的产生与社会因素、心理因素和病情有密切关系。采用针对性心理干预后患者心理状况显著改善,对患者治疗效果、生活质量的提高有较大帮助。
