慢性便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备效果研究

目的对慢性便秘患者行电子结肠镜检查前肠道准备效果进行分析,寻找一种更安全、有效的清洁肠道的方法。方法将276例慢性便秘行结肠镜检查患者随机分为甘露醇组(A组),复方聚乙二醇电解质散组(B组)和一清胶囊加复方聚乙二醇电解质散组(C组),各92例,进行肠道准备。比较三组肠道清洁有效率、清洁范围和不良反应的发生率。结果 C组肠道清洁有效率、清洁范围显著高于A组和B组。C组不良反应发生率显著低于A组。结论一清胶囊加复方聚乙二醇电解质散组对慢性便秘患者行电子结肠镜检查肠道准备效果最佳。

Evaluation on Effect of Bowel Preparation of Patients with Chronic Constipation/Astriction before Coloscopy

Objective To Evaluate the effect of therapy for bowel preparation of patients with Chronic constipation/astriction before coloscopy for finding a safer and highly effective therapy for purge the gut. Methods To divide the patients with chronic constipation/astriction before coloscopy into 3 groups randomly： Group mannitol （group A）, Group Polyethylene Glycol-Electrolyte Powder （PGEP） （group B） and Group Yi Qing Jiao Nang plus PGEP （group C）. There were 92 patients each group, who were purging the gut with the different therapy. To compare the effective rate of purge the gut, the ranges cleaning, the incidence rate of adverse reaction of 3 groups. Result The effective rate of purge the gut and the ranges cleaning of Group Yi Qing Jiao Nang plus PGEP（group C） were higher than those of Group mannitol （group A） and Group Polyethylene Glycol-Electrolyte Powder（PGEP）（group B）, significantly. The incidence rate of adverse reaction of Group Yi Qing Jiao Nang plus PGEP（group C） was lower than that of Group marmitol （group A）, significantly. Conclusion It＇s the best therapy for bowel preparation of patients with Chronic constipation/astriction with Yi Qing Jiao Nang plus PGEP.
