摘    要:根据大型复杂装备测试面,临的被测设备数量多,被测信号类型、测试需求多样的问题,建立面向UUT的自动测试信息模型,包括测试资源信息模型、测试项目信息模型和测试数据信息模型,将测试流程所需的UUT信息模型化,并在UUT、TPS、测试信息模型间建立一一对应关系,由此提高软件的模块化水平和可移植,并降低测试软件开发和维护的难度和成本。

Abstract:According to problems faced by giant and complex equipment measurement like large quantity of measured equipments,diverse measured signals and measured requirements,establish an UUT-oriented automatic test information model,which consists of resources information model,test item information model and test data information model.By modeling the UUT test information required by test procedures,the one-to-one relationship among UUT,TPS and test information models are established.Thus,modularization and replanting of the software are guaranteed and,difficulties and costs of development and maintenance of the test software are reduced.
