| 摘 要： | 对黄山市中心城区现状防洪能力进行了分析 ,认为现有防洪能力与城市地位、社会经济发展极不相称 ,防洪工程作为基础设施明显落后于城市发展。文中就如何提高城市的防洪标准 ,提出了治理对策和措施。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the existing flood control capacty in the central urban district of Huangshan City,we think the existing flood control capacity is not worthy of the urban position and social economical development.The flood control works,as the infrastructure,lags behind obviously the urban development.To how enhance the urban flood control standard,the paper puts forward the countermeasure and measure of treatment. |
