| 摘 要： | 普通高校“层次提升“不仅意味着要求学校规模和学科门类的扩大,更重要的是教学、科研质量的实质性提高.这个发展过程要求这类高校不仅要把教学改革提到高等教育改革的核心地位,更要根据社会发展的需要和自身的特点积极开展多种形式的科学研究活动,将科学研究引入教学过程,使教学与科研紧密结合、产学研结合,推动高校快速健康发展,从而达到提高教学质量和学校的学术水平目的.
