| 摘 要： | 抗血管生成是肿瘤治疗中一条有效的途径,但在临床试验中其单一疗效并不理想。根据抗血管生成和放化疗抗肿瘤作用的机制,有计划合理地联合应用抗血管生成和放化疗可提高抗肿瘤疗效。

| Abstract: | Antiangiogenesis is an effective method in tumor therapy,however its single effect in clinical trials experiments is not satisfied.According to anti-tumor mechanisms of antiangiogenesis,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,reasonable combination of antiangiogenesis and radiochemotherapy can enhance anti-tumor effect. |
