摘    要:恒山水库是兼有供水和防洪的多功能水库,其挡水坝是我国第一座实验性双曲拱坝。由于坝体及左坝肩存在安全问题,2004年被核定为三类病险水库。本文通过对恒山拱坝除险加固方案的研究,明确了大坝存在坝体拉应力超标及左坝肩抗滑不满足规范要求的问题,提出了解决问题的方案,重点研究了坝体、坝肩同时加固的方案,在对坝体下游加厚3个方案(薄层加厚、厚层加厚及局部厚层加厚方案)及左坝肩预应力锚索、抗滑混凝土塞方案的综合比选后,推荐采用坝体厚层加厚和坝肩混凝土抗滑塞的处理方案。

Abstract:The Hengshan Reservoir has mult iple functions in water supply and flood control etc. , with a water retaining dam, which was the first experimental double-curvature arch dam in China. The dam was rated as a sick dam of class ?? in 2004 due to its safety problems existing in dam body and left abutment . In this paper, a number of plans for eliminating risk and strengthening the dam are presented. The problems such as the over-norm tensile stress in dam body and insuff icient ant-i sliding condit ion in the left abutment are identified and corresponding counter measures are put forward. Emphases of the plans are given to strengthening both the dam body and abutment simultaneously. Comprehensive comparisons between three plans of thickening the downstream part of the dam body ( thickening with thin layer, thickening with thick layer and partially thickening with thick layer) were conducted. Two plans of reinforcing the left abutment , i. e. , with pre-stressed tendons, and placing ant-i sliding concrete plug are carefully studied. Finally, the plan of thickening the dam body with thick layer and placing ant-i sliding concrete plug is recommended.
