原发性青光眼病人角膜内皮细胞密度的测定

用日本Ｔｏｐｃｏｎ公司生产的ＳＰ．１０００型角膜内皮显微镜对４６例各类单侧原发性青光眼患者双眼角膜内皮细胞进行照相，健眼作为对照。发现急性闭角型青光眼（急闭青）和慢性闭角型青光眼（慢闭青）患者患眼的角膜内皮细胞密度平均差值分别为９．５９％，１０．６１％，差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；慢性单纯型青光眼（慢单青）患眼与健眼角膜内皮细胞密度平均差值为０．２３％，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）；滤过性手术前后角膜内皮细胞密度平均差值为８．２０％，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；虹膜周边切除术前、后角膜内皮细胞密度平均差值０．１９％，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示急性持续性高眼压可对角膜内皮细胞有损害。行抗青光眼手术时，术前应尽量了解角膜内皮细胞情况；术中应减少手术器械进入前房的机会，同时尽可能保持前房存在，以减少对角膜内皮细胞的损害

ENT ON DENSITY OF THE CORNEAL ENDOTHELIAL CELLS IN PRIMARY GLAUCOMA

The corneal endothelial cells in 46 cases of unilateral primary glaucoma were studied with the SP.1000 specular photomicroscope made by TOPCON company,the healthy fellow eyes served as control.The average diminution of endothelial cell densities in acute angle-closure glaucoma was 9.59%,in chronic angle-closure glaucoma was 10.61%,after filtering opetation was 8.20%,the differences were significant (P<0 01);The average diminution of endothelial cell densities in chronic simple glaucoma was 0.23%,and after peripheral iridectomy was 0.19%,the differences were significant (P>0 05).The authors of the opinion that acute persistent high IOP may damage the corneal endothelial cells,therefore,the endothelial cells should be estimated before operation,avoid the surgical instruments invading the anterior chamber and maintain the anterior chamber to diminish the injury to the endothelial cells during the operation.
