| 摘 要： | 中国古代官吏考核制度是封建职官制度的重要组成部分，它起着整顿吏治、惩恶扬善，提高政府机关行政效率等重要作用。它的形成与确立有一个逐渐演进的过程。这一过程经历了三个不同的历史发展阶段：春秋时期为萌芽阶段；战国到大一统封建中央集权制的秦王朝时期为其形成阶段；西汉、东汉王朝为其确立阶段。

| Abstract: | The system of official examination is an important part of feudal political system in anciem China. it acts very important effects inrectifying official, awarding the kindness,publis hing the evil,andraising the efficiency of the administration.it is formatted and established after a long change process.This process has three different historic developing stages:The Spring-autumn Period is its initial stage.From Warring States Period to theunited feudal period-Qin Dynasty(the highly centralized instituted dynasty) is its formation stage.Western Han and Eastern Han dynasties are its establishment stage. |
