摘    要:在空气中放置三角格子硅柱子,构造了一种二维晶格结构.通过等频图分析及FDTD模拟,证明该晶格结构存在一个有效折射率为-1的频率.利用该晶格结构,设计了一个能形成一个非近场的像的超透镜.进一步的研究证明由该晶格结构构成的超透镜还具有亚波长成像的能力.

Abstract:A two-dimensional photonic crystal structure by depositing silicon rods in air which form a triangular lattice is designed. Equal-frequency contours analysis shows that this photonic crystal structure can exhibit an effective refractive index -1 at a certain frequency, which is also confirmed by the finite- difference time-domain simulation. A super-lens is projected by this photonic crystal, which can form a non-near-field image. Moreover, the super-lens has the capability of sub-wavelength imaging.
