| 摘 要： | 对锅炉炉管在运行中损坏形式及原因进行了较为全面的分析。针对其中主要原因提出了加强管理、进行给水除氧处理、锅炉及时排污等预防措施，对延长炉管的使用寿命，保证锅炉安全，经济运行具备十分重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The failure mode and reason of the boiler tube in the operation are analyzed in detail,such as,quality of the tube,insufficiently watering and poor water quality,fluid wear and corrosion,abnormal water circulation and dust wear.Facing to the main causes treatment measures,such as,strengthening management,deoxigen of supply water and sewage draining which would prolong the life of boiler tube,ensure the safe and economic running for boiler are put forward for discussion. |
