人工股骨头置换术治疗转子间骨折151例

目的 探讨骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换术在治疗老年粉碎型股骨转子间骨折的疗效方法 对收治的151例老年粉碎型股骨转子间骨折患者进行骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换术,对手术时间、术中出血量、术后离床时间、住院天数、并发症发生率进行观察 结果 151例手术均顺利,患者均获随访时间12～36个月,手术时间100～200 min,平均（123±65）min;术中出血120～500mL,平均（314±125） mL;术后下床时间3～13d,平均（6±3.2）d;住院时间9～21 d,平均（13±2.7）d均无关节感染、脱位、假体周围骨折等并发症发生 死于其它疾病4例 结论 老年股骨转子间粉碎型骨折患者行人工双极股骨头置换术疗效满意,方法可行有效.

151 Cases of Elder Comminuted Intertrochanteric Fracture With Femoral Head Prosthesis Replacement

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacies of artificially bipolar femoral head replacement in treat- ment of comminuted intertrochanteric femoral fracture in the elderly. Methods 151 patients of the affiliated hospital of heze medical college with comminuted intertrochanteric femoral fracture retrospectively analyzed were treated with artificially bipolar femoral head replacement. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative out of bed time, hospitalization days, complications were observed.Results 151 cases are performed smoothly, the follow - up period from 12 to 36 months, operation time was 100 - 200 min, the average time was （123±65） min; intraoperative blood loss was 120- 500 ml,the average amount of blood loss was （314±125） ml; the patients stayed in bed was only for 3 - 13 day; the average time was （6±3.2） day; hospitalization days was 9 - 21 day, the average time was （13±2.7） day.There were no joint infection, dislocation, prosthesis such complications occurred around fractures. Died from other disease was 4. Conclusion The results of artificially bipolar femoral head replacement in treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture and osteoporosis was satisfactory, the methodwas feasible and effective.
