摘    要:以苋菜试管苗为材料,研究多种因子对苋菜试管开花的影响.结果表明:(1)基本培养基MS和1/2MS对苋菜试管开花的影响不大.(2)单独添加NAA,可促进苋菜试管开花;苋菜试管开花对IBA含量的变化较敏感;6-BA含量为1.0 mg.L-1时的开花率最高,培养50 -60 d时可达58.7%.(3)不同单色光处理时,绿光与...

Abstract:Amaranth plantlets were used to study in vitro flowering.The results were showed as follows.(1) There were little influences of basal media of MS and 1/2MS on the flowering.(2) Phytohormones had effects on the development of flowering,which could be promoted by either NAA or IBA.When the concentration of 6-BA was 1.0 mg·L-1,the in vitro flowering was the best,and the flowering rate was up to 58.7% after 50-60 days of culture.(3) Green light had no significant effect on the flowering,while blue and red light inhibited the flowering.(4) The flowering was promoted by the light duration of 18h per day,under which the flowering rate was up to 59.52% after the culture of 50-60 d.(5) The optimum pH for the flowering was 5.8.(6) The explants of the age of 15-21 d were suitable for flowering induction,older explants led to lower flowering rate.(7) Regeneration was unfavorable for the flowering.Continuous culture of more than 3 months with no regeneration resulted the flowering rate of more than 95%.(8) The flowers induced from the in vitro plantlets developed well,the fertilization and seed development were normal,and sometimes the seeds even germinated into seedlings in the culture bottle.
