PVA接枝聚乙烯铵的合成及表征

摘    要:以过硫酸钾为引发剂,聚乙烯醇(PVA)接枝聚合丙烯酰胺(AM),合成PVA接枝聚丙烯酰胺(PVA-g-PAM),再将其进行Hoffman降解,制备PVA接枝聚乙烯铵(PVA-g-PVAM),得到一种新型高密度电荷聚阳离子膜材料.用红外光谱(FTIR)表征PVA-g-PAM和PVA-g-PVAM的化学结构,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察PVA-g-PVAM膜表面形态,测定PVA-g-PVAM的热稳定性及水溶液的电导率.考察反应温度、反应时间、单体用量、引发剂用量对产物接枝率的影响,结果表明:反应条件75℃,3h,c(AM)=6.75mol/L,c(K2S2O8)=0.08mol/L时,接枝率最高达62%.

Abstract:Acrylamide(AM) was graft polymerized onto polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) using K2S2O8 as initiator and polyvinyl alcohol grafting polyacrylamide(PVA-g-PAM) was synthesized,then PVA-g-PAM was demoted into polyvinyl alcohol grafting polyvinyl ammonium(PVA-g-PVAM) by Hoffman degradation,and a new polycation membrane material with high density charge was obtained.The chemical structure of PVA-g-PAM and PVA-g-PVAM were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR);the surface morphology of the membrane ...
