科学技术与精神文明建设是互相影响、相互促进、共同发展的。科学技术作为精神文明建设的积极成果 ,促进了人们价值观的更新、道德的进步、思维方式的转变 ,最终促进了人的全面发展。但是科学技术由于自身的价值负载性和不当的社会运用 ,造成了它对精神文明建设有一定的负面影响。科学技术与精神文明之间的矛盾只有在社会主义国家中 ,切实加强社会主义精神文明建设才能从根本上彻底解决
