我院5年住院死亡病人统计分析

为了了解住院死亡病例的主要死因、年龄构成比、性别和季节性差异等。本文就1994～1998年间我院1918例住院死亡病例进行了统计分析。结果显示，主要死因依次为肿瘤、循环系统疾病和外伤，死亡病例中男性比例高于女性（2.34：1），50岁以上年龄段最高（64．76％），第1和第4季度的死亡病例比例相对偏高。结论为提高肿瘤，循环系统疾病和外伤及老年患者的诊治水平是降低住院病人死亡率的关键。

A STATISTICAL ANALYSIS ON DEATH CASES OF IN-PATIENTS DURING THE PAST FIVE YEARS

Objective:To find out the primary cause of death,the constituent ratio of age,the dif ference of sex and seasen,etc,of death cases in in-patients. This paper analysed 1918 death cases in our hospital from 1994 to 1998. The resuls shown that the first cause of death were tumor,and the circu latary system diseases and injury were listed successively;the male proportion was higher than female (2. 34: 1),and the proportion of the group of over fifty years old was the highest(64. 76% ) in the death cases. The proportion of death cases in the first and fourth quarter was higher,from these results it is concluded that iinprovement of diagnosis and treatment of tumor,circulatory system diseases and injury as we1l as aged patients is the key of decreasing the mortatity of in-patients.
