社区医院中老年群众脑梗死一级预防模式探讨

目的 探讨城镇社区中预防中老年群众脑梗死发生的有效模式.方法 在2005年9月～2006年3月期间对社区体检中发现的脑梗死高危人群进行建档,并把其分为接受药物治疗的治疗组与未接受药物治疗的对照组,并分析他们的特点,以及接受药物的依从性.结果 接受治疗组人群中社保比例明显高于未接受治疗组人群,老年患者更易接受治疗.结论 接受治疗组中服药依从性与社会医疗制度,患者本身及医务人员密切相关社会支持系统-医务人员-目标人群三位一体的合作模式,有利于脑梗死一级预防的发展.
