超声对三阴性乳腺癌与HER-2过表达型乳腺癌鉴别的初步研究

摘要：目的 分析超声对三阴性乳腺癌与HER-2过表达型乳腺癌鉴别的初步研究，提高对两者超声图像特征的认识。方法 对入组三阴性乳腺癌与HER-2过表达型乳腺癌患者的年龄、病灶类型及二维超声、造影图像进行统计学分析。结果三阴性乳腺癌与HER-2过表达型乳腺癌病灶形状、边缘、强化方式之间差异有显著性（P＜0.05);而年龄、是否肿块、病灶类别、血流分级、后方回声及时间-信号曲线无统计学意义（P＞0.05)。结论 超声图像特征（病灶形状、边缘、强化方式）对于鉴别TNBC及HER-2过表达型乳腺癌有一定临床意义。

Initial research of ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer and HER - 2 overexpression breast cancer

Abstract:To investigate the differential diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer and HER-2 overexpression-type breast cancer, and to improve the understanding of the characteristics of ultrasound images. Methods The age, foci and two-dimensional ultrasonography and angiography of patients with triple negative breast cancer and HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the shape, margin and enhancement pattern of breast cancer with HER-2 overexpression (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in age, tumor mass, tumor type,blood flow classification, rear echoand time-signal curve (P>0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonographic features (lesion shape, margin, enhancement mode) have certain clinical significance for the differential diagnosis of TNBC and HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer.
