碱金属K对无烟煤灰熔融性的影响规律

摘    要:借助灰熔融性测定仪、X射线荧光光谱分析仪和热力学计算软件FactSage考察了不同比例的碱金属K对山西典型无烟煤煤灰熔融性的影响规律。结果表明:当K_2O的添加比例为10%时可有效降低无烟煤灰的熔融温度,而K_2O的添加比例超过10%时,煤灰熔融温度有上升的趋势;当K_2O的添加比例为10%时,灰中的主要耐熔矿物质石英(SiO_2)、白榴石(KAlSi_2O_6)和钙长石(CaAl_2Si_2O_8)等完全分解,是煤灰熔融温度降低的主要原因。

Effect of alkali metal K on the anthracite ash fusibility

Abstract:The effects of different proportions of alkali metal K on Shanxi anthracite ash fusibility characteristics were analyzed with ash fusion temperature (AFT) test, X-ray fluorescence spectrum analyzer and FactSage software. The results showed that the melting temperature of anthracite ash obviously decreases when the addition ratio of K2O is 10%. However, the melting temperature of coal ash tends to rise while the proportion of K2O goes over 10%. When the addition ratio of K2O is 10%, the main refractory minerals in the ash such as quartz (SiO2), leucite (KAlSi2O6) and anorthite (CaAl2Si2O8) are completely decomposed, which leads to a decrease of AFT.
