浅析城市电力网的建设与改造

概述了城市电力网（以下简称“城网”）的特点及城网建设改造的目标，指出城网改造首先要有科学、合理的规划，要与城市建设协调一致。在此基础上，介绍了规划方案的比较方法、负荷预测法及城网改造的技术原则，指出要积极采用计算机辅助设计、辅助管理等先进手段，提高城网的现代化管理水平。

On Construction and retrofit of urban power network

The features of urban power grid and the target of its construction and retrofit are briefly described in this paper. It is pointed out that,for the success of the retrofit,there must be a scientific and rational urban grid planning which coordinates with the municipal construction planning. On this basis,the comparing methods of planning schemes,the load forecasting method as well as the technical principles of the retrofit are covered. The use of computer aided design and computer aided management is also stressed to enhance the modern management level of urban power grid.
