原野旷奥感应健康作用机理研究

以寻找自然原野在风景园林推动人类健康中的源头与基本作用,以及基于原野旷奥空间、建立风景感应健康世界的“元素周期表”为目标,尝试以风景旷奥空间感受及其测度为主线,探寻自然原始空间环境的健康与疗愈作用。追溯分析了“景分内外”“景分旷奥”“主客合一”的中国风景源头;回顾了风景旷奥理论的研究进程,从空间环境促进生命健康出发,探讨了风景旷奥的健康作用,提出并分析了空旷型、奥秘型和复合型3种原野的旷奥感受特征及其在生理、心理和精神3个层面上对于人类健康的作用,揭示了原野旷奥感应对于人类健康与疗愈的积极作用和特殊意义。

Research on the Principle of Kuang-Ao Mechanismon Health Effects of Wilderness Perception andIntention

This paper aimed at finding the basic original role ofwilderness in promoting human health in landscape architecture andestablishing "Periodic Table of Elements" in landscape health worldbased on wilderness space, to explore the health and healing effectsof wilderness environment with the guidance of the perceptionand measurement of landscape Kuang-Ao spaces. It traced backto the source of Chinese landscape, which is "the interior andexterior of landscape", "Kuang-Ao landscape" and "the integrationof subject and object", reviewed the research of landscape Kuang-Ao theory and discussed the health effects of Kuang-Ao landscapefrom the perspective of life and health. It put forward three kindsof wilderness, namely Kuang (open) wilderness, Ao (mysterious)wilderness, and compound wilderness. It analyzed their Kuang-Aocharacteristics and human health effects in physical, psychologicaland spiritual aspects, and revealed the positive effects and specialsignificance of wilderness Kuang-Ao perception on human healthand healing.
