摘    要:铁碳在水中发生的内电解过程可有效去除硝基苯废水的色度 ,提高污水的可生化性 ,并对CODCr具有良好的去除效果。试验结果表明 :进水CODCr为 34 0 0mg/L的硝基苯废水 ,经内电解法预处理后 ,脱色率可达 75 %,CODCr去除率也可达 6 0 %左右 ;后续处理采用SBR工艺 ,其去除CODCr效果较好 ,处理后的出水水质可达到国家有关标准排放要求的指标。

Abstract:The iron-carbon internal electrolysis in water can effectively decolorize nitrobenzene production wastewater, improve the result of the biochemical treatment of the wastewater and has a good effect on the removal of COD Cr . Testing results show that, after the inlet nitrobenzene production waste water with 3 400 mg/L is pre-treated by internal electrolysis, the decoloration rate of COD Cr can be 75% and the removal rate of COD Cr can be about 60%. The SBR process is used for post-treatment, it can get good removal rate of COD Cr . The water quality after treatment can reach the index specified in the national discharge standard.
