| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨血清铁蛋白（ＳＦ）与２型糖尿病病人糖代谢和胰岛素抵抗的关系。②方法 采用放免法测定９６例２型糖尿病病人及３２例正常人的ＳＦ和胰岛素水平，并同时检测血糖、血脂等。③结果 ２型糖尿病病人血清ＳＦ明显高于正常人（ｔ＝４．２２，Ｐ〈０．０１）。ＳＦ水平与血糖、糖尿病慢性并发症及胰岛素抵抗有关（Ｆ－６７．３６，７２．８２，ｑ－６．２４～９．３２，Ｐ均〈０．０１；ｔ－３．２４０，Ｐ〈０．０１）。④

| Abstract: | Objective\ To study the relation between serum ferritin (SF) and glycometabolism and insulin resistance of patients with diabetes mellitus (DM).\ Methods\ Serum ferritin, insulin, blood sugar and blood ester of the 96 DM patients and 32 healthy subjects were assayed.\ Results\ The SF level of DM patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy subjects ( t=4.22,P <0.001). The SF level has relation to blood sugar, DM chronic complication, and insulin resistance ( F=67.36, 72.82 ,q=6.24-9.32,P<0.01; t=3.240,P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ The change of serum ferritin can affect the sugar metabolism and insulin resistance of DM patients |
