粒子群算法在低压电器冲裁件优化排样中的应用

摘    要:提出了一种粒子群算法的低压电器冲裁件排样优化问题的求解方法.应用多边形顶点算法进行排样优化计算时,随着优化精度提高,其搜索空间将急剧增大,导致传统的求解方法计算量大、耗时多.利用粒子群算法在解空间进行智能化搜索,有效克服了该弊端,可高效、准确地求得工件排样的最优解.通过某高压配电箱门锁冲裁件排样优化仿真,验证了算法的优越性.

Abstract:A particle swarm optimization algorithm for low voltage apparatus blanking part layout optimization was presented. While polygon vertex algorithm was used for blanking part layout optimization, with optimization precision improving and search space sharply increasing, traditional optimal calculation method has a few defects, such as large calculation quantity, long time consumption. Particle swarm optimization algorithm was applied to solve these problems so as to gain layout optimization best solution quickly and accurately. A high voltage appliance blanking part optimal layout simulation results showed its advantages.
