复合混凝土砌块热工特性研究

摘    要:基于状态空间减秩模型,对受到单位阶跃激励下复合砌块的动态响应进行了模拟研究,得到砌块墙体的热阻;对周期性扰量作用下复合混凝土砌块的动态热工特性进行了模拟研究,得到了砌块围护结构的温度波时间延迟、蓄热系数和热惰性指标等重要的热工参数,研究结果表明在提高热阻方面,轻集料混凝土砌块复合效果明显,普通混凝土砌块复合效果很小.复合轻集料混凝土砌块在热阻增加的同时,蓄热系数减少,墙体的热惰性指标减少.采用状态空间法对砌块的动态模拟可推广到对砌块类建筑物热过程的动态模拟.

Abstract:The insulation is filled in the hollow to increase the thermal resistance of hollow block and this new kind block is called compound block. It is necessary to research its thermal properites to guide its design and application. A reduction state model is used to simulate the dynamic response of compound block under unit step solicitation and thermal resistance is thus gotten. The retard time of temperature is gotten by simulating the dynamic response under periodical solicitation, the coefficient of heat storage, coefficient of thermal inertia. The research results show that light concrete block is more efficient than heavy concrete block in creasing thermal resistance by filling the insulation in the block. Meanwhile, the coefficient of heat storage and coefficient of thermal inertia of light compound block decrease. Dynamic property of compound blocks are simulated for learning property of envelope made from blocks.
