| 摘 要： | 根据我国工程建设发展形势,对施工成本管理的现状进行了分析,提出了运用现代工程项目管理方法、技术和手段,全面做好建设工程施工成本管理的一系列措施和方法。对强化施工企业工程项目的成本管理,提高建筑施工企业的科学管理水平和市场竞争力,具有重要意义。
