20万t／a低压甲醇装置开车总结

从工艺流程、催化剂升温还原操作、轻负荷生产、正常运行等方面介绍了20万t／a低压甲醇装置的开车过程；提出了正常运行时的压力控制、催化剂温度控制、空速控制的操作要求；简述了开车过程中出现的合成塔超温、合成塔出口温度过低、合成塔进出口压差过大的问题及其处理措施和处理效果。结果表明：20万t／a低压甲醇系统仅用6．5天一次开车成功并达标达产，各项工艺指标均达到设计指标，其中吨醇电耗840kW·h，吨醇副产蒸汽1t以上。

Start-up Summarization of Low pressure Methanol Plant with a Capacity of 20 000 t/a

Author has introduced the start-up process of low pressure methanol plant with a capacity of 200 000 t/a from aspects of catalyst heating/ reducing operation, light load production, normally running etc. ; proposed the operation requirements of pressure control, catalyst temperature control, void speed control in normally running; has simply described the problems , existing in start-up, of converter temperature being exceeded, outlet temperature of converter being too low, in/out pressure difference being too high of the converter and their treating measures and effect. Result indicates that the start-up of low pressure methanol system is successful in one time and taken only 65 days, and reaches to the requirement of standard and production, each process index reaches to the design index, in which the electricity power consume per tom of methanol is 840 kWh, by -production steam per ton of methanol is more than 1 ton.
