连续退火机组烟气余热回收技术和设计要点

摘    要:介绍了低压换热器回收技术、过热水回收技术和余热锅炉回收技术3种用于冷轧带钢连退机组的烟气余热回收装置的工作原理和设计要点,包括过热水系统的热量平衡计算、余热锅炉额定蒸发量计算、利用旧有风机的功率计算、余热装置的设计依据、烟道切换控制技术等。

Abstract:Three waste heat recycling technology of low pressure heat exchanger recovery technology,over heat water recycling technology and waste heat boiler recycling technology were introduced,which used in continuous strip annealing line.The heat balance equation of over heat water system,the rated capacity of waste heat boiler,the power calculation of old fans,the design key points of waste heat recovery,and the control points of flue pipe exchanger were also introduced in detail.
