摘    要:在AZ31镁合佥的TIC焊过程中施加不同类型的磁场,采用光学电镜和SEM观测焊接接头的组织性能,研究磁场类型对镁合金组织性能的影响规律.实验结果表明:外加磁场通过电磁作用改变熔池和电弧的传质、传热过程,进而改变焊缝组织的结晶过程,从而使得晶粒细化,成分均匀,净化杂质,抑制热裂纹的产生.

Abstract:The welding joint microstructure of magnesium ahoy AZ31 were studied ,which were welded using TIG under different magnetic field.Electronic microscope and SEM were employed to research the eftect of magnetic field on the microstructure of AZ31. The results show that the introduced magnetic field can give an effective intervention to the transition of droplet ,flowing of molten drop,crystalline and nucleation of molten drop and the process of crystalline growth.The magnetic field promotes the refining degree of primary crystallization structure,decreases the chemistry non-homogeneity ,suppress the hot-crackle.
