比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

目的:研究比索洛尔对慢性心力衰竭治疗的临床效果。方法:2014年2月~2015年12月于我院接受治疗的100例慢性心力衰竭住院患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组行常规抗心衰治疗;观察组在对照组基础上增加比索洛尔治疗。比较两组患者慢性心力衰竭缓解率、不良反应率、治疗前和治疗后患者LVEDV、LVESD、6 min步行距离、LVEF等心功能指标。结果:观察组相较于对照组慢性心力衰竭缓解率更高,P0.05;观察组、对照组不良反应均比较轻微,无严重不良反应发生,P0.05;治疗前两组LVEDV、LVESD、6 min步行距离、LVEF等心功能指标差异不明显,P0.05;治疗后观察组相较于对照组LVEDV、LVESD、6min步行距离、LVEF等心功能指标改善更显著,P0.05。结论:比索洛尔对慢性心力衰竭治疗的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者心衰症状,促进其心功能的改善,药物安全可靠,值得推广。

To observe the clinical curative effect of bisoprolol in treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective: To study the clinical effect of bisoprolol on chronic heart failure treatment. Methods: 100 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 -2015 to December were included in the method. 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The control group received conventional anti heart failure treatment; the observation group in the control group based on the increase of bisoprolol treatment. Comparison of two groups of patients with chronic heart failure remission rate, adverse reaction rate, before and after medication in patients with LVEDV, LVESD, 6min walking distance, LVEF and other cardiac function indicators of differences. Results: observation group compared with the control group of chronic heart failure remission rate higher, P < 0.05). The observation group and the control adverse reactions of the two groups were relatively minor, and no serious adverse reaction happened (P > 0.05); medication before two groups of LVEDd, LVESD, 6min walking distance, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) heart function indexes of similar (P > 0.05); after treatment observation group compared with the control LVEDV, LVESD, 6min walking distance, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) index of heart function improved more significantly, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical efficacy of bisoprolol in treatment of chronic heart failure is effective, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with heart failure, and promote the improvement of cardiac function and the drug is safe and reliable. It is worthy to be popularized.
