| 摘 要： | 目的 分析伊曲康唑与特比萘芬联合用药治疗喉曲菌病的疗效。方法 对1996年7月—2001年7月治疗的5例喉曲菌病进行回顾性分析。结果 5例患者经服用伊曲康唑、特比萘芬及α—糜蛋白酶超声雾化治疗而愈，经随访1～5年均无复发。结论 伊曲康唑与特比萘芬联合用药，辅以α—糜蛋白酶超声雾化治疗喉曲菌病疗效很好，未见任何毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of combining therapy with itraconazole and terbinafine on laryngeal aspergillosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out among 5 cases with laryngeal aspergillosis treated in our hospital from 1996 to 2001 to analyze the therapeutic effect of this combining therapy on this laryngeal lesion. Results All the 5 cases with this condition were cured by the combining therapy with itraconazole and terbinafine and there was no reoccurrence of the lesion during the following up period lasted for 1 to 5 years. Conclusion This combining therapy is very effective on laryngeal aspergillosis without any toxic and side effects, when it is supplemented by ultrasonic atomization of a-chymotrypsin. |
