| 摘 要： | 稳健性设计是一种保证产品质量、降低成本的有效设计方法，在工业发达国家受到极大重视。就稳健性设计思想和方法作了概述，在此基础上提出了稳健性设计的一般数学模型，然后对圆柱螺旋弹簧刚度开展稳健性设计，提高了圆柱螺旋的设计质量。

| Abstract: | Robust design is an effective method that can lead to improving product quality and decreasing the product cost .It is paid great attention by the developed countries.The basic theory and method of robust design is introduced in details and a general mathematical model for robust optimal design is proposed.The robust design of spring's stiffness is carried out and the quality of designing for spring's stiffness is enhanced. |
