护理干预对激光治疗灰指甲效果的影响

目的探讨护理干预对激光治疗灰指甲效果的影响。方法选取2011年7月至2012年9月我院收治的62例灰指甲患者,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组各31例,两组均采用激光治疗,对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在常规护理基础上实施整体护理干预方案。比较两组的疗效、不良反应和患者的满意度。结果治疗组总有效率为90.3%,高于对照组的77.4%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组不良反应发生率为12.9%,明显低于对照组的58.1%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组总满意率为87.1%,明显高于对照组的67.7%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论整体护理干预可以有效提高激光治疗灰指甲的疗效,降低不良反应的发生率,提高患者的满意度。

Influence of nursing intervention on the effect of laser in the treatment of onychomycosis

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the effect of laser in the treatment of onychomycosis. Methods Sixty-two patients of onychomycosis were selected from July 2011 to September 2012 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each with 31 cases. The two groups were all treated with laser therapy. The control group received routine nursing care, while the treatment group received comprehensive nursing intervention based on routine nursing. Curative effects, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.3%,significantly higher than 77.4% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was 12.9%, significantly lower than 58.1% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 87.1%, significantly higher than the control group 67.7%,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the curative effect of laser treatment for onychomycosis, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the satisfaction of patient.
