泰脂安胶囊对原发性血脂异常伴ALT轻度升高患者血浆前列环素和血栓素的影响

目的：探讨血脂异常导致肝酶升高的可能机制以及泰脂安胶囊的治疗作用。方法：收集原发性血脂异常伴ALT轻度升高患者28例作为治疗组，30例原发性血脂异常患者作为对照组。观察血脂、ALT以及血浆TXB2和6-酮-PGFI。的动态变化。结果：治疗组血浆TXB：显著高于对照组、6-酮-PGF1a显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗组予泰脂安胶囊0．9g口服，每日3次，共12周，其ALT、TC、TG、LDL-C显著降低，同时TXB2显著降低，而6-酮-PGF1a显著升高（P〈0．01）。结论：泰脂安胶囊可以有效降低原发性血脂异常伴ALT轻度升高患者的TC、TG、LDL-C和ALT,同时使TXB2降低，6-酮-PGF1a升高，改善TXB2和6-酮-PGF1a水平失衡。

Effect of Taizhi'an capsule on plasma levels of prostacyclin and thromboxane in patients with primary dyslipidemia and lightly elevated ALT

Objective:To investigate the possible relationship between dyslipidemia and elevated liver enzyme and the therapeutic effect of Taizhi'an capsule for patients with primary dyslipdemia and lightly elevated ALT.(Methods:) A total of 28 patients with primary dyslipidemia and lightly elevated ALT were collected as treatment group, while 30 patients with primary dyslipidemia as control group.Their blood lipid,ALT and plasma levels of 6-keto-PGF_(1a) and TXB_2 were determined.Results: The plasma levels of 6-keto-PGF_(1a) were lower,while TXB_2 were higher in treatment group than those in control group. After administration of Taizhi'an capsule(0.9 g/per time,3/d,tid,for 12 weeks),the blood lipid,ALT and TXB_2 levels were markedly decreased,while the 6-keto-PGF_(1a) level were increased significiantly in the treatment group(P<0.01),compared with the control group.Conclusion: Taizhi'an capsule could decrease the TC,TG,LDL-C,ALT and TXB_2 levels,while increase the 6-keto-PGF_(1a) levels in patients with primary dyslipdemia and lightly elevated ALT,which might improve the(imbalance)of plasma PGF_(1a)and TXB_2 levels.
