| 摘 要： | 论述过热器再热器管子出口炉外壁温准确测量的重要性,给出了测量误差的计算式和结合实际情况的计算结果。同时,指出了几种炉外壁温测量的误解和减小测量误差的措施,并推荐了两种科学合理的壁温测点结构。建议采用炉内壁温在线监测装置,以保证锅炉的安全运行。

| Abstract: | The importance of accurately measuring the outer furnace wall temperature at tube outlet of superheaters and reheaters has been expounded, and formula of calculating measurement error as well as calculated result combined with practical situation being given. Several misunderstandings a-bout measuring the outer funace wall temperature, and measures for decreasing the measurement error have been pointed out, and two measuring point structures for scientific and reasonable measurement of outer furnace wall temperature being recommended. It is suggested to use on - line monitoring facility to measure inner farnace wall temperature, ensuring safe operation of the boiler. |
