| Abstract: | In this paper, we introduce the construction background of Henan province land and resources video conference system, discuss the technology architecture of system, analyze the technology characteristics in screen displaying, camera, monitoring, coverage, integration, operation controlling and so on. It also gave the conclusion on the applying of the video conference system, which has much reference significance and practical value of government departments. |
