热镀锌用内加热套管的试验研究

摘    要:简介我国热镀锌工艺现状,分析其发展趋势。通过试验研究,确定了热镀锌由外加热转向内加热所必需的内加热保护套管用材料,并开发出热镀锌用内加热保护套管。试验验证,可节能20%以上,锌液温度均匀性好,产品质量明显提高。

Abstract:To briefly introduce the present situation of galvanizing technology,analyze its developing tendency To determine the materials for inside heating protective casing for galvanizing from outside heating changing to inside heating by experiment,and develop the inside heating protective casing for galvanizing It is tested and verified that it can save energy over 20%,the homogeneity of temperature of Zn liquid is good,the quality of product has been improved obviously
