面向对象的建筑工程项目协同机制研究

建筑工程项目是一项多利益方共同参加的综合性大型项目,各种图纸信息繁多,二维到多维信息通过不同的方式和渠道进行传播,往往由于时间和空间上的限制出现"信息孤岛"现象,该现象常常阻碍建筑项目流程的有序健康进行。首先,通过研究当前建筑项目协同情况,对建筑工程项目协同机制进行需求分析;其次,建立面向对象建筑项目协同模型;最后,阐述面向对象协同模型的运行机制。该机制的提出为建筑工程项目全过程信息健康有序传输提供了新的思考角度。

RESEARCH ON OBJECT-ORIENTED BUILDING PROJECTS COORDINATION MECHANISM

The construction project is a comprehensive large project to join a multi stakeholder,various drawings information,two dimensional to multidimensional information spread through different ways and channels,because of the time and space constraints "information isolated island"is often produced,this phenomenon often hinder the healthy and orderly flow of construction project. First of all,through the study of the current construction project coordination,system of construction project collaborative needs analysis; secondly,a collaborative object-oriented model of construction project is set up; finally,it is expounded the operation mechanism of collaborative model of object oriented. The mechanism provides a new thinking angle for the healthy and orderly transferring information on the whole process of construction projects.
