摘    要:针对传统轮廓仪功能单一、精度不高的缺陷,提出了一种智能化表面轮廓测量方法;采用软硬结合的办法,以计算机为测控中心,采用模块化结构和智能数据处理系统,使其具有自动控制、数据采集、结果分析及输出等功能,并可方便升级换代;介绍了系统所采用的硬件结构及软件方法,并在Talysurf6型轮廓仪上进行实验验证;结果表明,该方法确能有效扩展仪器功能,并提高了系统测量精度.

Abstract:Traditional instruments for surface texture exploration always have single function and low--level precision. Aiming at these disadvantages, a way to perform intelligent texture measuring is proposed. In our system, both software and hardware are taken in consideration, make computer the center of the whole measuring and controlling system, adopt a module structure and deal with the result intelligently. This system can provide us with various functions like auto control, information collection, data analysis, result output and so on. It also can easily be upgraded, the hardware configuration and software methods of this system are introduced, and testify our theory on Talysurf6 surface texture measuring intrument. All the results prove that it really can expand functions of this instrument and improve its measuring precision.
