摘    要:钢渣中含有大量能够循环利用的钙、铁、镁等成分,替代熔剂用于烧结过程是钢渣循环利用的重要途径之一。为提高钢渣在烧结过程中的使用比例,回收利用钢渣中的有用成分,采用XRD、矿相显微镜、微型烧结装置和烧结杯装置对某钢厂转炉钢渣进行了替代烧结白灰的试验研究。结果表明,钢渣的矿物组成主要是RO相(MgO、FeO和MnO的固溶体)、硅酸二钙、硅酸三钙等;钢渣作为熔剂用于烧结能够促进液相生成,提高液相流动性;钢渣搭配优质白灰替代部分低质白灰能够提高烧结矿的成品率和平均粒径,降低固体燃耗。

Abstract:Using steel slag to substitute for the sintering flux was an important way to recycle steel slag,because there were many recyclable elements such as Ca,Fe and Mg in steel slag. In order to improve the ratio of steel slag in sintering raw material and recycle the useful elements,the investigation on the sintering experiment which used the steel slag from a domestic steel plant to substitute for the quicklime was conducted by the X ray diffractometer,mineralographic microscope,compact sintering test equipment and sintering pot. The results showed that steel slag was mainly composed of RO,dicalcium silicate and tricalcium silicate. Steel slag as sintering flux could accelerate the formation of liquid phase and improve the fluidity of liquid phase. The mean size and product yield of sinter were increased and the solid fuel consumption was decreased when low quality quicklime was replaced by steel slag and high quality quicklime.
