济源钢厂2号高炉设计特点及实践

摘    要:济源钢厂2号高炉设计采用了一系列的先进设备和技术,如串罐式无料钟炉顶、薄壁内衬、炭砖+陶瓷杯式炉底炉缸结构、软水密闭循环冷却系统、关键部位采用铜冷却壁、炉前除尘等。高炉投产运行5年来,炉况稳定顺行,各项指标均优于设计指标,平均利用系数在3.3t/(m~3·d)以上,达到同类型高炉的先进水平。同时炉底陶瓷垫保存较好,杯垫下一层碳砖中心温度控制在600℃以内;炉底、炉缸侵蚀小,高炉冷却系统稳定,设计合理,生产实践取得良好效果。

Abstract:The design of the No.2 blast furnace in Jiyuan Steel Plant adopts a series of advanced equipments and technologies, such as string-up bucket type bell-less top, thin wall lining, the furnace hearth structure of carbon bricks and ceramic cup bottom, soft water closed circulation cooling system, copper cooling stave in the key parts and dust removal in front of furance, etc. The blast furnace has been put into production for 5 years, and the furnace condition is stable and smooth. The indexes are better than the design indexes. The average utilization coefficient is over 3.3 t/(m3·d), which reaches the advanced level of the same kind of blast furnace. At the same time, the ceramic pad in the furnace bottom is well-preserved. The temperature of the carbon brick center under the cup pad is controlled within 600 ℃. The erosions on the furnace bottom and hearth are small. The blast furnace cooling system is stable. Therefore, the design is reasonable and the production practice has achieved good enough effect.
