酷似流行性出血热的伤寒(附3例报告)

本例分析3例伤寒患者,初因有“三红”(面、颈、前胸充血潮红)、血小板减少、蛋白尿而误诊为流行性出血热。说明“三红”等并非流行性出血热所特有,非典型伤寒也可出现,故诊断前应细致检查综合分析。尤其对酷似流行性出血热伴有热程长、肝脾肿大、白血球减少的患者,应考虑到伤寒。

This paper analyses 3 cases of typhoid which presented“three red” (face,neck and chest congested a- nd became red),thrombocytopenla and proteinuria.This 3 Cases We- re misdiagnosed as epidemic hemo- rragic fever,because of“three re- d”or so initially.They Were dia- gnosed as typhoid through positive blood cultures and Widal＇s test a- nd recovered by abministration of chloramphenicol finally,It is emp- hasized that atypical typhoid occu- rs that presentation also.Thus,be- fore diagnosis,it is necessory toe- xamine and analyse Carefully.Es- pecially for the patient With “epi- demic hemorragic fever”Who asso- ciated with fever for long time(ov- er a week),Splenomegaly,hepat- omegaly and leukopenia,typhoid should be Considered.
