程序性细胞死亡因子5(PDCD5)在子宫内膜癌中的表达分析

为探究程序性细胞死亡因子5(Programmed cell death factor 5,PDCD5)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及功能,收集2014年6月—2016年6月行手术治疗的50例子宫内膜癌组织、50例正常增生期子宫内膜组织与50例子宫内膜不典型增生组织病例,利用免疫组化方法分析PDCD5蛋白的表达。结果显示,子宫内膜癌组织、正常增生期子宫内膜组织与子宫内膜不典型增生组织的PDCD5蛋白阳性表达率分别为46.00%、82.00%、64.00%,比较组间数据差异显著,P0.05。研究表明PDCD5对子宫内膜癌疾病的潜在诊断价值重大,PDCD5的表达下调与子宫内膜癌的发生发展具有十分紧密的关联性。

Expression Analysis of Programmed Cell Death Factor 5 (PDCD5)in Endometrial Carcinoma

Investigate the expression and function of programmed cell death factor 5 (PDCD5)in endome-trial carcinoma.The method is 50 cases of endometrial carcinoma tissue,50 cases of normal proliferative en-dometrium tissue and 50 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium were collected,which were treated surgically from June 2014 to June 2016,the expression of PDCD5 protein was analyzed using immunohisto-chemical method.The result shows that the positive expression rate of PDCD5 protein in endometrial carci-noma,normal hyperplasia endometrium and endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissue was 46%,82%,64%, respectively,the difference between the groups was significant,P <0.05.Conclusion is the potential value of PDCD5 in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma was of great significance,analysis of the down-regulation of PDCD5 expression was closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
