热介质直埋管道周围温度场仿真研究

摘    要:本文针对地下直埋管道,在分析大气季节性周期变化对其传热影响的基础上,建立传热数学模型,并采用数值计算方法求解出在季节性温度变化影响下的输送热介质直埋管道周围温度场,进而计算出管道随季节变化的散热情况。该数学模型充分考虑了大气温度季节性变化及大地本身恒温层对输送热介质直埋管道传热的影响,把无界域化为有界域,同时在计算时考虑管道周围土壤发生热物性非均匀等因素,从而大大提高了计算结果的精确度。经过与实测温度场数据值相比较:该数学模型建立基本正确,符合实际工况,精确性较高。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the change of atmosphere with the season, a mathematic model of heat transfer about the straight buried pipe is established, and the numerical theory method has been applied to solve the temperature field around the pipe with hot media, on the basis of which the circumstance of dispersing heat is computed. Compared with the traditional one, the new mathematic model takes into account the influences of the change of atmosphere temperature with the season and the earth constant temperature layer, and changes infinite region into finite region. The influence of soil around pipeline in calculation occurring uneven hot heterogeneity is considered, which improves the accuracy of results. After being compared with measured temperature fields, the new mathematic model is correct and has high accuracy, so as to reflect practical instance.
