摘    要:制药废水的有机污染物浓度高,成分复杂,适合采用生物技术的方法进行处理.在调整废水的pH为11时,利用水解-SBR-接触氧化工艺处理制药厂生产废水具有很高的处理效率,总排放口出水水质CODCr19mg/L、BOD517mg/L、SS 7 mg/L,出水水质达到<污水综合排放标准>GB 8978-1996的要求.运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,耐冲击负荷的能力高.

Abstract:Biotechnology is appropriate for treating the pharmaceutical wastewater which has high organic contamination concentration. It can reach higher treatment efficiency on treating this kind of wastewater by using oxidation and hydrolysis- SBR processes, on condition that pH is about 11. The CODCr, BOD5 and SS in effluent at the final outlet are 19 mg/L, 17 mg/L and 7 mg/L respectively. The effluent could completely meet the requirement of Comprehensive Discharge Standard of Sewage GB 8978--1996. The running results show that the treatment efficiency of the technology is stable and it is tolerable in shock load.
